I’m Osman, based in New York City and Istanbul, and I’m an engineer driven by the challenge of solving real problems with meaningful impact. I thrive when addressing issues I’ve personally experienced or feel strongly about.
Currently, I’m at Polygon, helping shape the future of finance. I believe blockchain technology holds the potential to tackle pressing global issues like inflation, cross-border payments, and transparency in voting systems. At its core, blockchain enables millions to coordinate around a shared truth, which I find incredibly powerful.
That said, I’m not a blockchain maximalist. I recognize its complexity and understand that some problems are best solved with simpler solutions and business models.
Beyond work, I’m exploring my next consumer product idea, staying active through workouts and meditation, and diving into biographies to learn from the lives of others.
